Health Education Curriculum Philosophy
Health education at Saint Cornelius is committed to the development of each student’s emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual well-being through a sequence of developmentally appropriate educational programs and experiences. Guided by our Catholic values, students have the opportunity to gain the information and skills needed to become health literate, maintain and/or improve health, prevent disease and reduce health-related risk behaviors.

Not all content areas may be covered at each grade level. Content and lessons are based on what is appropriate to the grade and metal and physical development of the students.
